  3. Dispatch Times: Orders for in-stock items are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days, however, please check the information displayed on the website during purchase. For made-to-measure items, dispatch times may vary depending on the complexity of the order, and we will provide an estimated dispatch time upon receipt of your order.

  4. Delivery Times: Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

  5. Carriers: We use reputable courier services to deliver your orders. The choice of carrier will depend on the size of your order and your location.

  6. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your order's progress.

  7. Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Please keep all original packaging material for inspection by the carrier.

  8. Failed Deliveries: If you are not at home when the delivery is made, the courier will leave a note with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery. If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.

  9. International Shipping: For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees that may be imposed by your country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Simply Rollers, customer satisfaction is paramount to us. We understand that you may need to return or exchange a product, and we strive to make this process as straightforward as possible. Here is our Returns and Exchange Policy:

  1. Already Made Blinds: You can return the already made blinds within 14 days of receipt if they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@simplyrollers.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once the return has been approved, we'll provide instructions for return shipping. Please read our policy detailed under all individual products for further information.

  2. Made-to-Measure Blinds: As these are customised to your specifications, made-to-measure blinds cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or not as described. If you believe your made-to-measure blinds are faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and we will work to rectify the issue.

  3. Exchange: If you wish to exchange an already-made blind for a different size or colour, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

  4. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@simplyrollers.co.uk. Please provide detailed information and, if possible, photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  5. Refunds: Refunds for returned items will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the items back. The refund will be made to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  6. Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty or not as described, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
